Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period generally begins on the day on which you or a person named by you received the goods; for an order with several goods delivered separately, it begins upon receipt of the last item.

You can declare your withdrawal by e-mail or letter. In addition, you can use our online withdrawal function:

If you use the online function, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the declaration of withdrawal before the period expires.

Voluntary right of return up to 30 days

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return products from our online shop within 30 days of receipt, provided the conditions of our voluntary right of return are met. This additional right of return does not affect your statutory rights.

For returns after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you can continue to use our returns portal.

Return costs

In the event of a withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, insofar as legally permissible.

For returns and exchanges from EU countries, we provide a prepaid return label for €4.95 via our returns portal. The fee is paid before the label is created and is not refunded.

For countries outside the EU, returns are sent with your own postage and at your own expense.

Use of our return label is voluntary. The customer may also organise and pay for the return shipment themselves; in this case, they bear the shipping costs incurred directly.

The above provisions on return costs do not apply if the return is due to a defect, an incorrect delivery or any other circumstance for which we are responsible. In these cases, we bear the necessary return costs in accordance with the statutory provisions. In this case, please contact us – we will refund the €4.95 you paid for the return label.
