1. Terms of payment

You can choose from the following payment options:

Bank Transfer

When checking out, you can choose from several payment options, such as Sofort Banking, Giropay, eps or advance payment ("bank transfer").

Payment by credit card

Your secure credit card payments are made possible by Mollie BV. Mollie meets all common security standards.

Payment with PayPal

You can charge your order directly to your PayPal account.

2. Delivery conditions, exchange and return

Delivery

We deliver the desired goods from our warehouse via a shipping service provider. We charge a flat shipping fee for orders, which depends on the delivery address. The goods can also be picked up free of charge from one of our business locations. If there is a delay in delivery, the customer will be informed by email.

Your order will be delivered directly to your desired address. You can enter your delivery address when ordering. All deliveries are sent from our warehouse in Austria.

The shipping costs depend on our shipping conditions.

Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to check everything carefully. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can cancel the order within 30 days of receiving the goods. To do so, you just have to declare the cancellation within this period by email or letter. You then have 14 days to return the goods to us in their original packaging. As soon as we receive the goods or we receive proof of dispatch, we will refund the payment.

In the case of damaged or incomplete goods, TORLAND GmbH may deduct the amount from the credit note at its discretion (handling of the goods not necessary to determine the type or quality). Deliveries of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons (e.g. underwear) and whose seal was removed after delivery cannot be returned.

Returns

For returns, you can order a free return label via our returns portal to send the package back by post or DHL.

Alternatively, you can return the goods to us using the shipping service provider of your choice. In this case, the return costs will be at your expense. Please send the goods to the following address:

The purchase price will be refunded to you as soon as we have received and inspected the goods. If a package is not returned to us using our shipping service provider (currently this is GLS), we will have to deduct any costs that we incur in doing so.

Voluntary right of return up to 30 days

Regardless of your right of withdrawal, you can return all products from our online shop to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided that the goods are complete and in an unused and undamaged condition.

3. Prices

All prices include VAT.

4. Quality guarantee for jeans

We offer a voluntary 12-month guarantee on our jeans. This means that we will repair defects free of charge that are due to manufacturing defects or poor material quality. This does not include normal wear and tear or signs of use. In case of doubt, it is up to TORLAND GmbH to decide whether to offer a free repair based on our voluntary guarantee.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of TORLAND GmbH until full payment has been made.

6. Conclusion of contract and final provisions

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but only represents a non-binding online catalog. If you simply place products in the "shopping cart", this does not count as a binding order. You only place a binding order for the products in the shopping cart when you click the "Submit order" button on the order page. We will then immediately send you a contract confirmation by email, upon receipt of which the contract is concluded.

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, this does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract. The invalid provision will be replaced by the relevant statutory provision. Swiss law applies exclusively to this contract.

In the event of a dispute, you as a customer can choose whether you want to file a lawsuit at your own place of residence or at the headquarters of TORLAND GmbH.
