SHIPPING CONDITIONS

We deliver the goods you want from stock via a shipping service provider. For orders we charge a flat shipping fee that depends on the delivery address. You can find the respective shipping costs in the list below.

Your order will be delivered directly to your desired address. You can enter your delivery address when ordering. All deliveries are sent from our warehouse in Austria.

Deliveries in the city of Vienna

In Vienna you can choose between two options:

- Delivery by normal shipping in accordance with the conditions for Austria (see below)
- Order by Click & Collect: You can pick up the goods in our store in the 3rd district after ordering

Deliveries to countries outside the EU

Please note that additional customs clearance costs and VAT may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These depend on the respective country.

Deliveries to Switzerland

For customers residing in Switzerland, we handle the customs formalities and pay customs fees and import tax. This means that no additional costs are incurred. However, special provisions apply for any returns.

Shipping service provider

We generally ship with the Austrian Post. It cooperates with local post offices for shipping to other countries. In exceptional cases, we ship with other shipping service providers.

Shipping times

Our deliveries are usually sent the day after the order, exceptionally up to two days later. Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday. Customers in Germany and Austria can expect to receive the package three to four days after ordering. For customers in other countries, shipping may take longer.
