Returns

You can return products from our online shop within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and undamaged.

For returns and regular exchanges within the EU, we offer a prepaid return label via our returns portal at a flat rate of €4.95. This also applies, for example, if an item does not fit or you need a different size. The fee is paid before the label is created and is not refunded.

Note: For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items, we cover the return costs. In this case, please contact us – we will refund the €4.95.

For countries outside the EU, returns continue to be sent with your own postage and at your own expense.

Alternatively, you can send the goods back to us with the shipping provider of your choice. In this case, the return costs are at your expense. Please send the goods to one of the following addresses:
